Returns and Refunds

Standard items
If your shirt or hoodie isn't right, you have 30 days after it arrives to ask for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them.

Custom name and number items
Custom items are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on them unless something is wrong on our end. That means a misprint, a wrong name or number compared to your order, or a damaged item. If that happens, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll fix it with a replacement or a refund.

How to start a return
Email eaglemullethockey@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. Please don't send anything back before we reply. If your return is approved, we'll tell you where to send it.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for standard returns. If the mistake was ours, we cover it.

Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Wrong size?
Not sure on sizing? Email us before you order and we'll help you pick.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order shows up damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
