This policy explains what information Eagle Mullet (eaglemullet.com, "we," "us") collects when you visit our site or buy from us, and what we do with it.

Payment details are handled by Shopify and our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number. When you browse the site: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you move around the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools. When you order a custom item: the name, number, and sizes you give us, so we can print your order.

How we use it We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and improve the site. If you sign up for our emails, we'll also send news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with We only share information with the companies that help us run the store, such as Shopify, our payment processors, and shipping carriers like UPS. We share only what they need to do their job. We don't sell your personal information. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how people use the site. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like checkout, may not work properly.
